Panamanian Private
Asset
Foundations
Formation Costs &
Required Information
For a
standard Foundation, with an initial declared capital (this does not
have to be paid into the Foundation) not exceeding
US$10,000.00, our fee for formation and registration of a Panamanian
Private Asset Foundation is US$1,200.00.
This price is complete (no hidden charges) and includes:
1. Initial Foundation Registration fee.
2. Foundation Resident Agent
fee for the first year, as of the date of registration.
3. Annual Foundation Franchise Tax for
the first year, as of the date of registration.
4. All legal fees for the
formation & registration of the Foundation.
5. Provision of nominee Foundation Council
Directors and
officers for the first year from the date of registration, if
requested.
6. All Panamanian notary, authentication and
registration fees.
7. Certificate of Good
Standing (issued by Panama).
7. English translations of Foundation
Document,
Public Registry Certificate and Certificate of Good
Standing.
8. Other misc. expenses such as secretarial,
outgoing phone, fax, copies, courier, etc.
9. Account introduction
package for opening offshore bank accounts or brokerage accounts from a selection of reputable financial
institutions in Panama.
This
US$1,200.00 fee is complete and
includes everything necessary to form, file, register and put into
operations a fully functional, operational Panamanian Private Asset
Foundation. Be advised that other firms may charge less and provide less; still others may
charge somewhat less for the initial foundation formation, yet
substantially more for each yearly renewal. The costs add up over
time. We feel that our price, service reliability and attentiveness to our
clients' needs result in an excellent value.
Turn around time is normally five to seven working
days from our receipt of all required information, signatures, and payment. Payment can be made by
Visa, MasterCard, bank wire
transfer, certified check from a U.S. Bank, or Western Union money
order.
Additionally, and at no additional charge, we can provide examples
of internal Regulations, which you can then tailor to suit your
needs.
Annual Foundation
Fees
Annually, a
Panamanian Foundation must pay the following annual fees to remain in good
standing with the Panamanian Government:
If
we provide the nominee directors (President, Treasurer and/or
Secretary), there is an additional $100 annual fee per position.
As
Resident Agent in Panama, we will prepare and file all required annual
reports and transfer annual franchise tax payments to the Government
of Panama. Scanned copies of government stamped filings and franchise tax
payments can be sent to you via e-mail, at your request.

To open a Panamanian Private Asset
Foundation, click on the

fill it out, print
it out, sign it, and send it to our office along with payment and copies of other required documentation (passports,
etc.). We'll have your Foundation ready in 5 - 7 working days.
